Assistance with any concerns in terms accommodation, transport, tourism, etc, is covered from initial intention in taking part in the event to the end of stay.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>DATE AND VENUE LOCATION FOR THE EVENT<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The event will take place from the 17th to the 26th of November 2017 in Abidjan, the economic capital of Cote D\u2019Ivoire. It will be held precisely at a site in Port-Bou\u00ebt a few kilometres away from the Felix Houphou\u00ebt Boigny airport.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ARRIVAL IN COTE D\u2019IVOIR<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants will be welcomed at the Felix Houphou\u00ebt Boigny airport by a dedicated team. A sign on which is written \u201cSARA 2017 PARTICIPANTS\u201d will be used by the welcoming committee to alert arriving participants.<br \/>\nThe concierge service will make shuttles available for eager participants or delegations who requested for such services to take them to their respective hotels upon arrival.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>LOCAL TIME ZONE AND CLIMATE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Local time in Cote D\u2019Ivoire is GMT.<br \/>\nIn November, Cote D\u2019Ivoire is in the major rainy season. The temperature is generally between 26 and 30 degrees Celsius.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CURRENCY<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The official currency in Cote D\u2019Ivoire is the CFA Franc.<br \/>\n1 Euro = 655.957 CFA Francs<br \/>\nCredit cards are not accepted by all hotels, restaurants and shopping centres.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ACCOMMODATION<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The concierge will take care of hotel reservations for participants.
